Save On Labour ("the App") is operated by Novatech Hub (jayp@novatechhub.ca). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

• Name, email address, and phone number (provided during account setup by your employer)
• GPS location (collected only at the moment of clock-in and clock-out — not continuously tracked)
• Work hours, job site assignments, and Field Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA) submissions
• Pay stub and payroll records generated by your employer

How We Use It

Data is used solely to operate the workforce management features of the App — including time tracking, safety compliance, payroll reporting, and job site management. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely via Supabase using encrypted connections (TLS) and encrypted storage at rest. Access is restricted to authorized administrators only.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable employment and tax regulations. When an account is deactivated, personal data is removed within 90 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at jayp@novatechhub.ca.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults in a professional employment context. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
